As the election winds down, we can get back to focusing on the Big Red Season. The Huskers are back home this weekend recovering from the big loss to Ohio State last Saturday. Big setback, but we still have the rest of the season to earn a respectable end of year placement for a bowl game. Tommy Armstrong, as of this writing, is still day to day for the game as he continues through concussion protocol. Minnesota is now in control of their own destiny for a path to the Big 10 Championship, so they will be motivated coming in. This should be a competitive game, with both teams having a lot on the line.
We continue with watch parties at both Third Base Northwest and Waller Creek Pub House. We will have a raffle, Husker merchandise available for sale, and will be passing around the board for your chance to win at Thirdbase NW. Thanks for your participation, as these activities contribute to our scholarship program for the University of Nebraska.
