Big game for the Huskers this Friday. The #3 Hawkeyes have already clinched the division championship. They could overlook Nebraska, but this is unlikely as they have a shot at being one of the "Who's In?" teams for the playoffs. They are unbeaten and will certainly shoot for the perfect season. Sure would like to see the Huskers knock off another top 10 team. We do get them at home in Lincoln with the early line closer than expected.

Join us at either of our Watch sites: the Waller Creek Pub House or Third Base Northwest. Up north with enough attendance, we will have a raffle, plus the board with a chance of winning cash. We can help you with Husker merchandise the Third Base staff will be provide great service as always.

A quick update on Nebraska's Black Friday game vs the undefeated #5 Iowa Hawkeyes. The kickoff time has been set: 2:30 pm at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln. Join us at either of our 2 Watch Sites and take a break from your big day of shopping. A win for Nebraska in this game guarantees a bowl game for the Huskers. The Huskers get a chance to rest up this weekend as they do not have a game.

WOW! What a game last weekend. Finally the tables have turned. Just knew we would lose that one at the last minute. Now the Huskers travel to Piscataway, N.J. to face The Scarlet Knights this weekend.  Rutgers is 3-6 this season (1-6 in the Big 10). Certainly no need for the Huskers to overlook this team, especially on the road. The win last weekend should lift the Husker's confidence in this contest as they need this tune-up before facing a great Iowa team on Thanksgiving weekend.

Another jump in the size of the group at our Waller Creek Pub House site. Check this out or our original group at Third Base Northwest in support of the Huskers. With enough attendance, we will have a raffle, plus the board with a chance of winning cash. Husker merchandise will be available for sale and the Third Base staff will be there to serve you. The Waller Creek Pub House staff is also there to see that your food and drink needs are met.

The Huskers need some wins to salvage the remainder of the season and keep the dim hopes of a bowl game alive. The task will not be easy as they face 6th ranked Michigan State in Lincoln. The Spartans, 8-0 (4-0 Big 10) this season, will be looking to improve on their position in the College Football Playoff Rankings where they are currently 7th. Tommy Armstrong is probable to return for Nebraska this Saturday, while wide receiver, return man, De'Mornay Pierson-El is out for the remainder of the season.

The group at our Waller Creek Pub House site continues to grow with great food options and drink specials. Join this group or the original group at Third Base Northwest in support of our Huskers.
